VOSS SHOPS - Puerto de Alcudia

The woman was very helpful and friendly. Her customer service skills were great up until my dad purchased some Ray Bans he liked but didn't love, then saw the ones he actually wanted in the first place on the way out. The woman told us that a partial refund of 60€ was impossible and that we could pick something up to the value of 60 as the sunglasses my dad wanted to exchange them for were 60€ cheaper. He's a chilled guy and let me choose something from Pandora, but if you're unsure of your decision then don't purchase as a refund seems unlikely at this shop. I purchased a few pieces of jewellery and I couldn't fault the woman as she was lovely. I just can't understand why a partial refund was so impossible as my dad hadn't even left the shop when he saw the sunglasses he wanted.
