Hemos comprado un anillo este mes oct 2023 en Ibiza y en el mismo día se caía una piedra. Hemos vuelto para dejar el anillo y nos han contestado de volver en 2 días para recuperarlo arreglado. A los dos días nadie sabía nada del problema y del anillo a recuperar. Al día de hoy tenemos ni anillo ni dinero devuelto… una vergüenza dejar este tipo de comercio que roban a la gente, sin sentido de respeto al cliente y la ley del comercio.

Fui a esta joyería con grandes expectativas y compré una sortija que me encantó. Sin embargo, al poco tiempo la piedra comenzó a cambiar de color. Fui a reclamar y me dijeron que no podían cambiarla ni ofrecerme una solución. La atención al cliente dejó mucho que desear y me sentí decepcionado. No recomiendo comprar aquí.

Excelente Joyeria, prendas muy bien elaboradas… Me hicieron mis alianzas y quedaron preciosas encantada con sus prendas.

It was such a meaningful stop for us that I decided to do something unforgettable — have our engagement rings custom made by a local jeweler we visited, Leo Jewellery (@leo.jewel), owned by Guven Kizilaslan (@guvenkizilaslan) and represented by Layla (@_layllaa). We trusted them because we met in person at their shop. In January 2025, we wired them over $6,000 in full. Since then, all we’ve gotten are 13+ excuses (earthquakes, unrest, stolen phones, customs seizures, even "boyfriend drama") and no rings. Our engagement trip — the moment that was supposed to be one of the happiest of our lives — came and went without the rings, and we were forced to buy replacements. We’ve asked many times for a refund or even proof that the rings exist. Instead, we are now being ignored completely. ⚠️ Do not trust Leo Jewellery / ShineByLeo.com. They claim locations in Istanbul, London, Prague, and Ibiza, but they operate fraudulently and prey on travelers during once-in-a-lifetime moments. This experience has soured what should have been a beautiful occasion for us. 💔 🙏 We are pleading for help: please share this post, spread the word, and message them directly. Let them know this is not right, and that they cannot keep taking advantage of people. We were in Ibiza for our 40th anniversary and paid for new wedding bands to be made and shipped to us in the US. They responded in the beginnng they were being made and would ship. They hadn’t arrived by Christmas but then January they responded they hadn’t shipped due to Christmas shipping issues and would ship. Then they went silent. No responses and no rings. I put a claim in with credit card company but they said since I waited over 4 months no refund. They strung me along until it was too late for a refund! Very disappointed!

I had the pleasure of visiting Leo Jewellery in Ibiza, and Layla made the experience unforgettable. She was incredibly warm and patient, helping me pick out a beautiful necklace that I absolutely love. The quality is amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something special!
