Rayan acheté le 6 janvier, verres défectueux le 10 janvier On m as vendu les lunettes avec garantie qui en fait en est pas une car les verres ne sont pas garantis. Incroyable pour des lunettes Je les utilisais sans les mettre dans l eau juste sur mon nez et posés sur les cheveux Plein de points blanc sont apparus , apparemment c’est de ma faute a cause de mes cheveux .. je dois payer 25€ pour renvoyer chez rayban sans être sûr que ce soit pris en charge car les verres ne sont pas garantis !!! Ça s apelle de l arnaque ! J aurais dû acheter au vendeur noir dans la rue la qualité était meilleur Fuyez ce vendeur !!

The sunglasses I wanted were not in stock so they ordered them in and contacted me several days later. I purchased them for a really good price and am delighted. I would recommend Scorpio Jewellers. The customer service was second to none.

The jewellery sold is not fit for purpose. I bought a ring and the stone came out after a couple of wears. Returned this and changed for earrings. Again after a couple of wears the clasp became loose. They only offered to repair or change. They will not refund. After two pieces of defective jewellery and the price that was paid I find this totally unacceptable. When I tried to phone Rakesh whilst in the store he would not answer my calls. Staff maybe pleasant but they are conning you with a smile on their face. Avoid at all costs

Everyone likes looking in a jewels window… Scorpio has the latest sunglasses watches etc. Make sure you introduce yourself to the staff.. Nash is friendly helpful and not pushy. Just ask for the price and you will be pleasantly surprised.. this is and will be our only place to for jewellery if we are in Tenerife… Highly recommend…

Nash gave us lots of great advice and was extremely informative about each product. It was a pleasure doing business with him and we hope to return in the future. Great watch was purchased at a great price. Well done Nash!
