Amazing jewellery repair experience. The guy is a true artist with his repair work. After losing the diamond twice through shoddy repairs elsewhere (but luckily finding it each time) he completely reset our 22 year old diamond solitaire engagement ring for us. He added an additional 4 prongs. So now 8 prongs in total holding the diamond in. Stunning work at a reasonable price delivered on time. If you’re thinking of a jewellery repair in Lanzarote and don’t know who to choose….. you do now. 100% recommended.

Myself and my friend had a lovely experience in this jewellers. The gentleman was so helpful and friendly towards us, I first bought a Gold Cross and then we came back and we both bought earrings, he was very pleasant and helpful. He always had a lovely smile. My friend bought a watch also. We will be back 😁 Irish on tour. 🇮🇪

Awful customer service. The man wasn’t happy because I wanted to try on a few different rings before I bought the one i liked best. Huffed and puffed after me only being in the shop for 5 minutes and told me I wanted to try to many on. I had only tried on 3 rings and wanted to try a fourth on! He had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. Needless to say i took my custom elsewhere. He obviously didn’t want or need my custom.

Disgusting customer service!! I took my wife to this shop to treat her to a jewellery set. I wanted to buy her ear rings, necklace, bracelet and a ring, the owner could not have been unhelpful if he tried, no time to help my wife make a decision. What should have been a joyful experience was turned into a horrendous one. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE.
