Very disappointing experience. The salesperson tried to create empathy by asking personal questions and acted like he was "reducing" the price, but the items are heavily overpriced. I bought a very small silver pendant for 80€ with no clear justification of value. Later I found the same silver items with olivine stone in other shops for 20–30€, which made the pricing here feel misleading and not honest.

Love Nick - he turned a pair of tanzanite and diamond earrings into a ring and necklace! Always pop in to see him when over there.

Nick was amazing help. I got a my own ring stuck on my finger and he sawed at it for three hours then drove me to hospital to have it removed. He is such a lovely man and the jewellery shop is brilliant.

My partner got me an eternity ring from here, Nick who served us was amazing, he was so helpful & knew exactly what ring to choose. Nothing was too much trouble, i would 100% recommend Venus jewellers and a huge thank you to Nick!

Bought a ring on holidays in November and had to have it made smaller, I lost 4 small diamonds as the shoulders were warped. Contacted the shop and sent ring to them via a friend and they sorted it out, very apologetic and no hassle. Very impressed by the aftersale service and care. Ring back better than new. Thank you

Avoid Avoid they sell fake stones! You get home, the stones fall out , and your jewellers back home tell you the ring is worth nothing as the stones are cubic zirconia, not sapphires as sold and the white gold rings lose there colour in weeks! Absolute rubbish quality. Never again would myself and my friends buy from this fake shop!
